Need business financing? EZUnsecured may be right for you

I've found an interesting solution if you have a business and need a little "cash flow" boost: a company named EZUnsecured.com, which offers unsecured loans, lines of credit, and credit cards to businesses.

Business Financing -- that's important to note here. They do NOT offer personal loans, personal lines of credit, etc. According to their very helpful FAQ, they work only with “seasoned” businesses, i.e., which they define as having been in business at least two years.

If you have a business, or you’re an established entrepreneur, and you’d like to explore the possibilities of help with your cash flow, money for expansion, whatever your business financing need, give EZUnsecured.com a look.

Get a fresh-cut tree for the holidays from Christmas Farms

Remember hiking deep into the snowy woods with your dad or granddad to cut down the family Christmas tree? Then sitting around a campfire singing carols before trekking back to the warmth and cheer of your mountain cabin?

Me neither — but the folks at Christmas Farms can just about take you there, and better yet they can give you that Christmas tree shopping experience online from the comfort of your home, apartment, or, uh, even cabin in the woods.

Whether you’re looking for a tree or perhaps just some Christmas garland to spread holiday cheer around the house and neighborhood, Christmas Farms is taking orders now. They are a family owned business located in Michigan not far from Lake Michigan. Their holiday inventory includes fir, pine, and spruce Christmas trees, as well as a wide selection of holiday wreaths and greenery (including Christmas swags) — and tree stands, too.

Take it from a long-time artificial Christmas tree guy: Nothing beats the smell and presence of a fresh-cut live tree in your home. I don’t mean the tree lot relics that have needles struggling to hang on for weeks before you even get them. I mean a real, freshly cut and quickly shipped tree from Christmas Farms.

Do yourself a favor: Cut down on the shopping hassles and let Christmas Farms deliver your holiday decor right to your door.

And did I mention, they do FREE SHIPPING! Order today and pick your delivery date.

Imagine me holding up a sign right now: ‘Will Blog for Money’

A bit of a personal note, as well as a desperate, blatant cry for help: “Will Blog for Money” is part of my true image. The real me really is in this to sound the battle cry against political/cultural foibles, follies, and corruption everywhere. A genuine crusader lives in my heart of gold.

All kidding aside, I ALSO do this several times a week in hopes of someday making a full-time living at it. So far, I could live very nicely on what I’m making — if you consider residing naked and hungry on the street as living.

In reality, I’ve made just about nothing, give or take a little, on my blogging efforts. But that’s all right, because I’m giving you a special deal today. As a “more than one time only offer,” I invite you to click on the box near the top of the right-hand column of this page. It says “HIRE ME!” in nice all-caps, large font letters. Go ahead, click on it and make me an offer if you have something you’d like to say on this blog but don’t know quite how to say it. A click will show you my current rate and allow us to discuss the issue.

On a related note, I expect to be taking various paid blogging opportunities from time to time from an organization called “PayPerPost,” which pays actual, real money (!), though in pretty small lumps, to people who qualify for various blog posting projects.

I wanted to “disclose” all this and let you know. So, to summarize: 1) I will indeed blog for money and consider projects from you, my dear readers, and, 2) I hope to be doing some paid blogging through “PayPerPost.”

Stay tuned and I hope you’ll wish me well.
